Too Faced Teddy Bare Eyeshadow Palette

It’s a very palette heavy month here at Anoushka Loves and for good reason. Tis the season for the palette launches and it’s going to get busier as we move into the holiday collections. Before we go totally festive, I have quite a few palettes that I need to share with the Too Faced Teddy Bare Eyeshadow palette being the cutest palette I have seen. It’s definitely the perfect time of year for this palette to be out. It’s cosy and cuddly, filled with warm, buttery soft shadows to create bare-ly there and pawsitevely gorgeous looks. A completely different palette from my latest offering, the Carnival The Antidote palette but one that will be on my dressing table for day to day to wear, before sneaking into my bag for the desk to disco update.
With the usual Too Faced palettes, they are quite a substantial size but Too Faced Teddy Bare is a lot more compact in size. In weight terms, for example the Too Faced Sweet Peach palette comes in at 14.8g and whilst Teddy Bare is much smaller in size, the weight of the shadows still add up to a palette that weighs 14.6g. It’s also cheaper in price, with a £32 price tag compared to a £40 price tag. I haven’t found any other immediate differences to the palette and the quality of the formulation is still the same great quality that you would expect from Too Faced.
Opening up the palette, which has the sweetest little Teddy on the outer, you will find a full sized mirror and a palette of 14 shades. Two of the shades are twice the size of the others with 8 further matte shades and there are 4 sparkly shimmers; two with the new speckled metallic formulas. As with all Too Faced palettes, it does have a scent and this time it’s of honey. Of course, it’s a Teddy’s favourite food!

They are really beautiful shades and so easy to apply. I’ve found no issues with blending and the end result is completely seamless. I find it quite hard to do just a simple plain eye so the additions of the shimmer shades and the speckled metallic shades give me a lot of comfort knowing I can really put my spin on it. The shades The Snuggle is Real and Sharing is Caring which are the two larger ones are ideal to be in the larger sizes. They are the shades that I will definitely end up using a lot, alongside Teddy Bear. Perfect, warm neutrals.
It’s a no brainer of a palette and everything about it makes me so happy. The packaging, the size, the shades. I know that everyone will already have something similar in their collection, but if you are looking for an update with some absolutely beautiful shades, you cannot go wrong with Too Faced Teddy Bare. From every eye makeup experience level, you will never be able to make a bad eye look with this, it’s impossible. From a wash of colour on the lid, to something more layered and smoky and even with a pop of shimmer, it has it all.
To say that this palette has been an impulse purchase because of it’s cuteness but actually a very clever purchase because of the shades and colours inside, I’m really pleased with it. I think I should get the matching bronzer next, don’t you?
