Temple Spa Travel Essential Kits
It’s been a hectic couple of weekends since restrictions were fully lifted, and I have been the social butterfly of the year. From seeing friends and family, to going out out, I have found myself packing my little case ready for another weekend away. Within that case, my Temple Spa Travel Essentials kits which I have taken everywhere with me for a little slice of spa like serenity whilst I travel. It’s no secret how much I love Temple Spa and I have surrounded myself with their calming scents, aromatherapy led products and luxurious skin and body care. There are certain products from Temple Spa that I will always relate back to travelling such as the Repose, Quietude and AAAhhh, but now I have lots more deluxe travel sizes that I can take away with me.
Temple Spa Travel Therapies Kit
The Travel Therapies kit is one that I recommend for anyone who goes away for short breaks or uses just carry on luggage. It’s a great four piece kit with your travel essentials wrapped up in a sleek black and discreet toiletry bag. Inside, you’ll find four 50ml tubes of the best selling products to cleanse body and hair.
Good Hair Day – This is so lovely, and I need to get a full sized version. It’s so gentle, yet gives a really good clean. It doesn’t leave any build up in hair which is really important for me. I also love how soft and shiny my hair is after washing.
In Good Condition – Lightweight, yet effective in nourishing hair without making it flyaway or leaving it limp. Plus it smells divine. Another one I need to get a full sized version of.
La La Lagoon – Usually my aromatherapy treatments are saved for the bath but with La La Lagoon, I can be transported away in an aromatic dream in a hot shower. Perfect for mornings, the peppermint, rosewood and patchouli blend wakes you up and leaves you ready for the day.
Peace Be Still – Out of all the moisturisers I’ve tried from Temple Spa, I think this has to be high up on my love list. Incredibly hydrating and soothing on the skin, but the aromatherapy scent is so calming and relaxing. A great one for your bedtime routine.

If you are new to Temple Spa and don’t know where to start, then this kit is perfect as it contains every single one of my repeat purchases from the brand. With 8 deluxe sample sizes, not only is it ideal for a starter kit to get to know the brand but it’s brilliant for travelling. Inside are some of my key Temple Spa products and I bet you can’t guess which ones I’m talking about?
Toning Essence – I’ve written about the wonders of the toning essence before and this 15ml bottle has been ideal for a refreshing misting whilst we have been having this really warm weather. It’s great for making sure every last bit of makeup and grime has been removed from your skin before moisturising.
Quietude – Oh how I love you. I cannot tell you how many bottles of this I have gone through. Spritz around your room, on your curtains, pillows and bedding and you’ll soon switch off and relax into a deep and rested sleep.
Aaahhh – Hard day at work? Been on your feet all day? Aaahhh to the rescue. A cooling leg and foot balm that relaxes tense muscles, and cools and revives tired feet. It’s one of the best products I’ve ever tried.
All Talk – A handy travel lip balm that soothes and hydrates dry and chapped lips. It’s a really lovely formula and I wish they made it in a bigger size.
Be Calm – I must pick up a full size of this because my skin is drinking it up at the moment. A face mask for sensitive skin, this soothing cream brings skin back to life with it’s prebiotic formulation and blend of calming botanicals.
Palm Balm – What a wonderful hand cream. Everything from the formula to the scent, this is a luxurious hand massage experience. It’s very nourishing and hydrating and leaves my hands silky soft.
Repose – Another iconic Temple Spa product that I have been through numerous tubs of. The best way to relax at night is to take some Repose into the palms of your hands and warm it up. Hold your hands over your face and inhale the aromatic relaxing blend before pressing the cream into your skin. The result is not only beautifully nourished skin but the best sleep known to man.
In the Stillness – A comfortable eye mask to block out unwanted light. Adjustable to fit comfortably whilst you sleep.
