Not only are Pixi Beauty working hard to make sure our skin is looking perfect and our makeup is flawless, but they are not making sure we feel and look good from top to toe. The introduction of the body care has been a welcome addition and I have really been enjoying the Pixi Beauty Rose body care range. Being the lucky gal that I am, I have been using the rose body collection since it’s launch and then I received a wonderful package containing more and my skin has never looked better.

Pixi Beauty Rose Body Care

In the Pixi Beauty Rose body care range you’ll find three key products; the body cleanser, body polish and the body balm. All wrapped up in the signature pale green and pink Pixi Beauty packaging, they look really cute in the bathroom. Bonus points for all the tubes facing in the same direction too.

A cleanse, tone and moisturise for the body, the key ingredients in each product are the same.

Rose Flower Oil – to moisturise and restore

Rosehip Oil – to condition and smooth

Lavender – to soothe and calm

Fruit extracts – to exfoliate and brighten

Shea butter – to nourish and lock in moisture

Pixi Beauty Rose Body Cleanser

Oh I do love this rose body cleanser. I tend to use this whilst in the bath rather than in the shower, don’t ask me why? It’s very nourishing on the skin, and it’s that kind of cleanser that makes your skin feel fresh and clean but not tight and dry. I wouldn’t have expected anything less from Pixi who do some of the cleansers that I’ve ever used. The rose scent is just enough, it’s not too overpowering or floral but a subtle light scent making the Rose collection probably my favourite range from the brand.

Pixi Beauty Rose Body Polish

You can’t beat a sugar scrub for a decent exfoliate and the rose body polish is gentle enough to slough away the dead skin but without making your skin sore and shredded. I use twice a week before tanning for the smoothest and most flawless tan. My only negative is that it needs a larger dispensing hole in the tube, I have to take the full lid off to get some out otherwise it’s really hard to squeeze it out

Pixi Beauty Rose Body Balm

I used to be so lax when it came to moisturising as I really did think that my moisturising shower gel was enough. How wrong I was. My body was crying out for an intensive cream that absorbs into skin quickly and makes me feel silky smooth. The rose body balm is lovely with a consistency thats heavier than a lotion but not as thick as a butter. It just melts into the skin like a balm would and doesn’t leave any greasy residue. It’s lovely. It’s also ideal as a good base for your skin before applying perfume as it doesn’t have a really strong rose scent.

Pixi Beauty Rose Body Care

If you’re like me and you love a good pamper with products that work as well as being kind to your skin then the Pixi Beauty Rose body care range would be ideal for you. They do also carry the body care range in the Glow with the glycolic acid however it does always appear to be out of stock. I’m not sure if it’s a stock issue or if it’s being discontinued but I think this would also be another good addition for the exfoliating aspect.
