Fenty Beauty Cheeks Out Cream Blushes

Fenty Beauty can do no wrong in my eyes so when I heard that they were bringing out a range of cream blushes I was very excited about getting my hands on one or two of the shades. I didn’t expect to be the lucky recipient of all ten shades and I have been loving them. I’ve always been a bit scared of cream products as I’ve never really got on with them in terms of application and longevity on my combination skin as I always found that I over applied or they slid off my skin as the day wore on. The Fenty Beauty Cheeks Out Cream Blushes have literally changed all my thoughts on cream blushes and cream products in general and I have been rocking the popping colours on my cheeks, lips and eyes throughout lockdown.
When I first saw them in real life I didn’t expect them to be as small in size as what they are but you really do only need the tiniest amount. These are going to last for a long time. In ten shades ranging from a natural flush for all skin tones to bright pops of colour, I have been trying each shade to see just how well they work on me. The formulation is non greasy and light as air and can be built from a sheer wash of colour to an intense burst of colour that stay on the skin for hours. As with most cream products, fingers work best but a synthetic stippling brush can help those who are worried about applying. I have found that my most favoured tools as of late are my own hands – my fingers can create magic with creams. Who knew. It’s practically impossible to over do these colours as they just sink into the skin seamlessly. Not only do they apply like a dream but they are sweat and water resistant.
Not only are the shades fab for cheeks, but I have found that they are wondrous on the eyes and lips. With so many shades to play with, the combinations of blending two or three colours together is joyous and really brings the fresh look together. The shades are all so dreamy and I’m sure you can guess that my favourites shades from the set are the bright pinks and the purple. Whilst they look ultra vivid in the pan, don’t be scared as they only look that bright if you build and build on the skin. Here’s a run down of each shade:
