It’s been ages since I treated myself to some bits from Emma Hardie. I used to use the Moringa cleansing balm, and back in the early days of blogging this was one of the OG Holy Grail products. There’s something so beautiful about Emma Hardie skincare. It has a gorgeous signature scent that feels very spa like and the packaging is incredibly luxurious. I hit up Look Fantastic far too often for my own good and these just fell in my basket. They’ve fit in so well with my current skincare routine and the addition of Vitamin C means that my skin looks fresh and glowing all of the time.

Emma Hardie Vitamin C Intense Daily Serum

Used to create a bright and balanced complexion, the Emma Hardie Vitamin C Intense Daily Serum is a little delight. It’s a powerful little product that I’m using on my quest to rid my uneven skin tone. The serum has the signature scent, and it’s very lightweight on the skin. It’s very hydrating so I don’t need to add a moisturiser over the top should I wish, and it sits well under makeup without causing any oiliness. Red algae extract helps with protecting skin from harmful UV rays, although the serum does not contain any SPF. Vitamin C, B3 and E works to help pigmentation, minimise redness and age spots leaving skin looking clearer and brighter.

The formulation has really worked on my skin and I feel it’s really helped in my quest of balancing out my skin. Redness and pigmentation is being looked after and reduced and I love how glowy it makes me look. Whilst I don’t use this daily, I do combine it with other products to give me the skin that I have been aiming for. It’s a really good serum and I love how my skin feels after use.

Emma Hardie Moisture Boost Vit + C Cream

This is an actual gem and I have really enjoyed using the Emma Hardie Moisture Boost Vit + C Cream so far. The scent is divine and it feels like you’ve had a facial once you’ve used it. It’s actually been quite a while since I had an Emma Hardie facial, and I may need to book in for one soon. The cream is vitamin enriched and helps with the skins natural luminosity with its Vitamin B3 and time released Vitamin C to help boost the production of collagen and tackle signs of ageing. It also contains Pumpkin enzymes which work on ridding the skin of any dead cells leaving you looking brighter and fresher, whilst Shea Butter and Grapeseed Oils leave you feeling nourished and hydrated.

I mainly use this in a morning either alongside the serum or alone, and it’s great for prior to makeup application. I find that my makeup feels like it sits on my skin better after using it and the citrus scents wakes me up with a fresh zing.

I think I need to get another Moringa cleansing balm back in my life to be able to complete the perfect three step skincare routine. I do love finding some absolute gems in skincare and although I do get the opportunity to try so much, I am finding products that I know that I will buy time and time again. The Moisture Boost cream is definitely one of those. I’m so glad that I started to use more vitamin C products in my routine as they are really working in giving me perfect, healthy skin.
