Let Your Wild Side Out!
Some people are born wild. They have an overwhelming sense of adventure and can turn even the most boring thing into a lot of fun. Typically seeing the bright side of most things. Although they may appear reckless to many, the twinkle in their eye is infectious.
It’s time for you to join the ranks of the risk-takers and travellers. Here is a list of adventurous things to do.
Bungee Jumping
This is probably where most people start. That little taste of adrenaline as they launch themselves over the edge. You might choose to do this for charity or just for fun. It has gotten much more popular in recent years, so you can likely find many places to do it. But, if you are going to book you should check out Nevis, New Zealand. The freefall there is a whopping 8 seconds.

Climbing Kilimanjaro
If this isn’t on an adventurers list can they indeed call themselves and adventurer? Probably not. It is the highest free-standing mountain. It has a range of ecosystems, making it stunning and incredibly diverse as you climb. The best time to go is during dry seasons. June is the optimal time to go if you want to have fewer people on the journey and pretty good weather. Companies like Kandoo can guide you through the whole process.
Cliff Jumping
Like bungee jumping but without the rope. This is a super fast one to tick off your adventures to-do list. Anywhere that has decent cliffs, with safe landing room – preferably water. You might need a few deep breaths to get you over the edge, but once you get a taste for it, it is pretty much like a rollercoaster – you will go again and again.
Palawan in the Philippines is the perfect place to do it.
Cave Diving
Getting under the water can be a magical experience most of the time. The fish are casually swimming around, the way the sunlight slices through the water and bounces around – it is beyond stunning. However, cave diving takes all of that and packages it up in a potentially dangerous experience – fun! You will need to use advanced equipment, and likely need some training too.
The idea is the caves have been seen by very few, if any, other people and are some of the least explored places on earth.
Kayaking With Whales
If you are prepared to be completely blown away by a gentle giant, then look no further. The rush of adrenaline comes from seeing the tails rise out of the water, and feeling the wave push your tiny boat around. These gentle giants are happy to swim on by as you look on in amazement. Kodiak Alaska is probably going to be where you head to. There are plenty of other things to see too. Sea otters, seals, puffins and maybe even bears!
The world is full of beautiful places and if you are brave enough, you can head out and enjoy all that it has to offer.
