I’ve been taking all manner of vitamins, health supplements and prescribed vitamins for so many years for many different things. I have an auto immune deficiency which means that I don’t absorb the nutrients that I need and my levels are usually lower than the average person. I try my best to keep everything topped up so I can live a normal life but unfortunately I can’t often keep things in check to the best advantage. When it comes to taking health supplements, it gets so confusing with the amount of products available and sometimes concerning that you maybe taking more than the recommended daily allowance. I’ve swapped my usual ones for Complete Me, which has a range of just six combined health supplements to target the most common ailments.

Complete Me Health Supplements

Our founder, Natalie was inspired to start Complete Me to break the mould of countless capsules and create a range of targeted solutions.

Each product is synergistically made to ensure it targets the particular reason you are taking it, and we have designed our products based on the most common complaints I often see as a nutritionist.

Natalie, Complete Me

Whilst I have not yet completed my first month of Complete Me, I am feeling the benefits of the targeted supplements and there have been changes in how I feel, especially with one blend in particular. Here’s a run down of the supplements that I have been taking, that all work in accordance with each other without taking me over my daily limits and have started to work from the inside.

The Complete Me Health Supplements

Sleeping Beauty

I suffer so badly with my sleep. I can fall asleep with ease, but can I stay asleep? When you have several nights of uninterrupted sleep it really starts to get you down and everything else around you starts to suffer. I have been on a conscious effort to remove technology and lights from bedtime, making sure my bedroom is a relaxing space and that I am peaceful and zen for bedtime. I take two capsules every evening and let them work their magic.

Within Sleeping Beauty magnesium, which is often known as nature’s relaxant is blended with 5HTP, a sleep hormone. Vitamin B6 assists with supporting hormonal activity, Zinc to help increase sleep length and quality and Lemon Balm to ease stress and promote restful sleep.

My sleep pattern is getting better. On the nights that I do get a full nights sleep, I am waking up feeling much more refreshed and after a shorter length of time of sleep. To me, that’s a quality sleep. I know that my body works best after 7 hours of sleep but I know that I could easily sleep for 10 hours and still feel dreadfully tired when I wake up because it wasn’t a quality sleep. Although I do miss the days where I used to do long haul and slept forever, I’m enjoying waking up early and feeling great. I’ll be definitely keeping these supplement in my life.

Goody Guts

These are the supplements that I have really noticed a difference with. With my auto immune deficiency comes a whole host of digestive issues such as having an intolerance to dairy. Whilst it’s much more manageable now, I still get the side effects should I have too much cheese and god forbid if I touched cream. Goody Guts is a blend of live cultures to support gut function which in turn makes me less bloated, less indigestion and less cramping after food.

Slippery Elm and Marshmallow both help with banishing bloating, and the probiotics help with a better absorption of nutrients to help strengthen my immune system. You can see why I really like these.

Charge Up

Finally, the third blend to make me work like a human should, Charge Up helps me feel energised and refreshed. Now that my sleep is getting under control and my stomach is feeling much better, I just need a little helping hand to combat tiredness and fatigue during the day.

Vitamins C, B2* and B3 are the vitamins that work to rid you of your lethargy, whilst Vitamin B1 helps your energy levels. Energy levels are boosted, I am more focused and energy levels aren’t slumping as much throughout the day.

Taking health supplements shouldn’t be relied on to make huge changes so I’ve been taking these alongside a diet packed full of vegetables and fruits. The only thing I need to knock on the head is the chocolate and biscuits addiction. I’ll be a new woman in no time.

I am not a registered health therapist and cannot give any health advice. The products that I am sharing are my own opinions on how they have helped me so far and what they can do. If you have health ailments it is always recommended to consult a doctor of medicine.
