My nails are one part of me that I am so not happy with. After years of nail biting, I took the plunge and stopped biting them. They managed to grow yet were very weak and often go through periods of sadness in which they all decide to split and break off. Combined with a lack of iron in my blood, I was getting nowhere and neglected my poor nails far more than I should have done. A new year and a new start meant I was getting my nails in better condition. I set myself up with all the goodies I needed to keep my fingers in tip top condition and I have been noticing a change for the better.
One of the items that I cannot bear to leave the house without is the Healthy Nails Crystal Nail File*. Packaged in a protective case, the glass file is so sharp that when filing your nails it turns the excess into dust. There is no dragging or pulling on the nail, leading to less splitting and healthier nails and filing is a doddle as you can file any way. In comparison to my usual emery boards, this is like the Champagne of nail files, with emery boards looking like cheap sparkling wine. In the last three weeks, I have noticed that my nail varnish is staying on longer and my nails are looking cleaner and smoother with practically no snagging or breakages. I’m so impressed.
The fine pointed tip of the file helps give my nails a lovely squoval shape that I prefer with the point assisting in squaring my natural nails off. The Healthy Nails Crystal Nail File is a definite rival to other crystal files I have used in the past, and the results have been astonishing. As I have been increasing my iron intake, I have expected my nails to become a lot healthier however the Healthy Nails Crystal Nail File is definitely helping make nails the best they can be.
Healthy Nails Crystal Nail File is available from Amazon priced at £12.99 and is available in three different colours.
