Too Faced Peanut Butter & Jelly
Well hello there my lovely make up addicts. After a few days off, I am back and raring to share with you lots of new make up goodies that I have accumulated over the last few weeks. This purchase takes me back to Miami, where the weather wasn’t brilliant and I just fancied a little mooch around the shops. That little mooch led me to Ulta Beauty, a shop that I wish I had seen more of whilst in the USA. Casually browsing the aisles of beautiful make up, I saw out of the corner of my eye an Ulta Exclusive. Not only is it an exclusive to Ulta, but also the UK so of course, I had to have it. The Too Faced Peanut Butter & Jelly palette is a spin off palette inspired by the Peanut Butter shade in the Too Faced Semi Sweet Chocolate Bar palette, and it is adorable.
Although small in size, it is big in colour and personality. The first thing that hit me when I opened the Too Faced Peanut Butter & Jelly palette was the delicious signature cocoa scent. The scent is from the anti-oxidant rich cocoa blended shadows, that come in nine shades with a mixture of matte and shimmer shades. With three large shadows and six smaller more intense shades, I am in love with the vibrancy of some of these colours. I think my lipstick obsession has morphed into a shadow obsession.
Spread the Love – medium peach with gold sparkle
Peanut Butter – matte medium orange brown
Peanut Butter Cup – metallic golden bronze with gold sparkle
Bananas – soft peachy gold with fine gold shimmer
Peanut Brittle – metallic burnt orange
Jammin’ – dark chocolate with golden sparkle
Extra Creamy – matte creamy beige
Jelly – vibrant orchid
Nuts About U – matte brown with red
Inside the box is also a handy shade chart which offers colour combos for different eye looks. I am really looking forward to trying Jelly in the inner corner instead of a highlighter. I’m also looking forward to seeing just how green the vibrant purple shade brings out the colour in my eyes. The shades are all deeply pigmented and move across the lid easily with the smallest amount of product picked up on the brush. So far, I’ve been wearing Peanut Butter Cup, Peanut Butter and Bananas for a sparkly neutral eye look.

Seeing the swatches – these are just my sort of shades! I think the bright purple shade was throwing me off a bit but actually I think I could actually work with it 🙂 Love the Too Faced eyeshadow formula and Natural Eyes is an absolute favourite of mine so I’d love to expand my collection…xx

These are my kind of shades!! I love Too Faced, I have the original Chocolate Bar Palette and adore the shades. I think I would only use the bright purple shade under my bottom lashes but the rest of the shades are stunning.
