Chanel Le Beiges sheer powder #40
Chanel Le Beiges powder is a new innovation in pressed powder/bronzer, which can be used in several different ways to create a lightweight, natural and healthy glow. Available in 5 different shades from #10 to #50, these beautiful finely milled powders can be adjusted to your skin tone and coverage needs. I have chosen #40, as my skin has a slight tan, and I want to wear it over a light foundation or just moisturiser on chilled out days.
Other uses for the powder can be, according to Chanel, are
- as a foundation, using the colour nearest your skin tone. Try applying with a kabuki or foundation brush for an airbrushed effect
- a sculpting powder, using the 100% natural haired half moon brush to contour
- As a bronzer
- or even a blusher
The iconic Chanel packaging has had a little revamp, with the lid of the powder being introduced in a demure beige colour, with the signature double C’s.
As always, the product is packaged in a navy blue velvet dust pouch whilst it lies inside its box.
Its definitely a perfect product for those ladies who like a bit of luxury. Who wouldn’t feel special pulling out their Chanel compact out of their handbag!

Hi Anoushka. Been asking about this in my local Debenhams today, and was told it out of stock worldwide. The lady informed me that they’re doing a massive relaunch in September, so hope I can get some when I’m on my hols in Florida in Sept.
They did have a few #40 and #50 on selfridges website the other day. They deliver. Maybe worth trying there?xxx
