Back when commuting was a thing, I often sat on the bus in a tangle of wires whilst watching those with their sleek and stylish AirPods, wondering how on earth they didn’t lose them and how they stayed secure in their ears. I did look at getting a pair when I upgraded my Samsung phone but the pandemic had hit and I wasn’t going outside, let alone commuting. However, things have changed and I’ve got my hands on the cutest pair of ear buds; the Edifier TWS NBQ Wireless ear buds and even better… they are pink! No more wires, a handy charging case to store them and technology that makes my commute so much more peaceful.

Edifier TWS NBQ Ear Buds

Starting with the aesthetics aspect, these are the cutest, girliest ear buds I have seen and of course with them being in a Sakura cherry blossom pink, they are right up my street. Sleek in design, they fit in my ears perfectly and look great. The clam style case is small enough to fit in your smallest work bag and with a playback time of 32 hours ( 7 when using noise cancelling mode), you don’t need to worry about charging them each evening ready for the next day.

The features of the Edifier TWS NBQ Ear Buds are plentiful. What I noticed straight away was as soon as I activated the noise cancelling, I couldn’t believe just how peaceful everything became. Just me, all alone in my little world of Indie anthems, absolutely loving life.

When it comes to new technology, I like things to work easily otherwise I get very frustrated. Thankfully the Edifier TWS NBQ ear buds are fool proof. Once you’ve opened the clam shell, pressing and holding on the R button starts the discovery process and your phone quickly picks up the clear Bluetooth signal for quick set up and playback.

The sound is crystal clear and it’s really put to shame my current headphones. Thankfully, my current ones are wired so I won’t be using them anymore now I have my Edifier TWS NBQ buds. There’s also the option to be able to tap the ear buds to pause, answer calls and change songs so you don’t have to use your phone. It’s a little bit awkward doing the triple tap but I’m sure over time I shall be able to do this with ease and without pausing by accident.

Technical Specification

The Edifier TWS NBQ Ear Buds are a really good alternative to the more expensive ear buds on the market. I have been most impressed by the noise cancelling, and I find that the sound quality and connection have been good. I don’t think that I would be able to go back to wired headphones now.
