Obviously, the Insta world is not the same as the real world, but selfies are still a perfectly OK thing to want to get right.

Of course, you could opt for natural daylight or a selfie ring attached to your phone if you want to create that flawless look, too.
- Capture Your Good Side
It’s true, everyone has a ‘good side’ to their faces. When it comes to capturing it, you’ll need to learn which of your angles are best and positioning the camera to accentuate those features.
If you have a larger chin, for example, taking a picture from below or at the side is not the most flattering angle to take.
However, shooting slightly from above will accentuate your eyes and lips, as well as making your face look slimmer if that’s what you would like to achieve with your selfie.

There’s nothing worse than taking the perfect selfie and then going on to see that you’ve accidentally left washing hanging out to dry, or worse still, got yesterday’s dirty underwear hanging out on the floor.
