For a good few months, if not years, I have been using food as an excuse. An excuse to comfort myself in times of need, an excuse for eating sweets and chocolate as I was lacking in energy and an excuse to eat like a little piggy because ‘it’s ok, I’ll be going to the gym tomorrow’. Except tomorrow never comes, and those pounds have been creeping on slowly.
