The February Birchbox – Spoiler Alert!

I am absolutely loving Birchbox at the moment. I thought last months box was exceptionally good with some of my top name branded samples from Philip Kingsley, Heal Gel and Stila but this months has just knocked socks off January. This is a spoiler alert for you, so if you like a surprise then you may be best waiting for your delivery but first, let me tell you about the new concept for the February Birchbox*.

February Birchbox

How many times have you come home from work, or walked into the hall to see that red card to say you’ve missed your delivery. Isn’t it annoying? As Birchbox is in a box that doesn’t easily slip through the letter box, this happens at least once every few months. Until now. The new Slimline Birchbox starts from the 2nd February and the new 3.5cm high box makes sure you will never miss your delivery. New customers can choose the slimline box in their beauty profile whilst existing customers can change their preferences in their account settings from February 2nd. Although it’s a new slimline box, the contents are still of the same high quality you would expect from Birchbox and the February Birchbox is a really good one.

February Birchbox

February is all about love and although Valentines is just one day of the month, the products inside are ones that you will be in love with all month. The box is made up from the usual five high end samples and the Birchbox lifestyle exclusive and there is one product in particular that I literally squealed in delight about – theBalm Cosmetics Cindy-Lou Manizer. I have been dying to try either Cindy-Lou or Mary-Lou for quite some time so I was over the moon to get this cute little sample this month.

Alongside my gorgeous shimmery pink highlighter, I also got a Birchbox Exclusive Cynthia Rowley Beauty Black Eyeliner, the Liz Earle Botanical Shine shampoo and the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum. Another Birchbox exclusive comes in the form of the T London Darjeeling Hand and Body Lotion. My lifestyle exclusive is The Chia Co Oats and Chia in Mixed Berry. This will come in handy for an early morning quick and easy breakfast whilst at work. I love this months box.

  • This looks such a good box – I love the TheBalm sample size! I haven’t been signed up to a beauty box for years, but I used to hate missing them and having to pick them up! Love the new slim size!

    • The Balm sample is my favourite thing in the box 🙂 x

That Liz Earle shampoo is my holy grail! I use sulphate and silicone free formulas and this is the best line that I’ve tried.
