I’m totally loving the fact that we are getting some cheeky sneak peeks of nice weather, and it’s getting me excited for a summer of sunshine and beer gardens. I have started revamping the wardrobe, storing all the winter jumpers and bringing the pretty spring and summer clothes to the front. It may be wishful thinking and I may be unzipping the vacuum bags to grab out my jumpers come June but, the prospect of good weather is just too good. A summer wardrobe isn’t complete without a gorgeous set of designer frames, so when Smart Buy Glasses got in touch to share their amazing deals on high end designer shades, I was in sunglasses heaven.
Smart Buy Glasses are a site that carries all the favourite brands of sunglasses from Tom Ford, to Dior, Jimmy Choo and Fendi. From what I can tell, the site is based in the China whilst your location determines the pricing structure. All prices show in Sterling, and as well as sunglasses, you can also buy prescription glasses. It was quite a coincidence after being approached by Smart Buy Glasses, as it came up in conversation that my shopping savvy sister had ordered new frames and prescription lenses from the site and was really impressed with the turnaround. I selected the Marc Jacobs, which are now unfortunately out of stock as they were from the clearance section, however there are a few more designs that I’ve just seen that I’m now lusting after.
From deciding on my frames to the delivery, I waited around seven days which I thought was incredibly quick for a delivery. The box did have a post mark of Hong Kong, which really did surprise me with the delivery time. I did also get a follow up email from Smart Buy who cross checked that the person who signed for them did in fact get them to me, which she did.
Inside the box was my Marc Jacobs Sunglasses, nestled inside a white Marc Jacobs protective case with a Marc Jacobs dust cloth inside. As soon as I opened the case, I fell in love. They’re the quirkiest and most gorgeous glasses I’ve seen, and as I have quite a quirky and distinctive style, they are a perfect addition to my accessories wardrobe. Big squared off frames with round lenses, leopard print and gold accents, they are the stuff of dreams. As they are out of stock, I’ve picked my second favourites from the site which I think are perfect for me as well – the Marc Jacobs Marc 8/S
Sunglasses hoarding is becoming quite an addiction and I love nothing more than having a beautiful pair of shades in my handbag ready for the lovely weather, especially when they’re at prices as low as they are from Smart Buy Glasses. This post may contain PR samples that have been sent to me for consideration for review however all my opinions will be my own.
