It’s not Christmas without seeing something from Soap and Glory under the tree is it? I have so much when it comes to S&G that I don’t think I will ever manage to get through it all, but I’m giving it a damn good try. I think I’m still working on my haul from last Christmas. However, I’m really not sure just how I’ve managed to use up all of my 500ml bottles of body wash leaving myself with no Foam Call. Sad times indeed. To kick start the Christmas celebrations, I was kindly invited along to one of my favourite restaurants in Manchester; Artisan to be a guest of Soap and Glory Glitzmas for a sit down Christmas dinner whilst we looked at the new launches for the upcoming festive period. Pigs in blankets and pampering? It’s every girls dream!
Soap & Glory, although an all year round range, particularly excels over Christmas. Whilst most people are on the December countdown for ‘The Big One’ which by my calculations should be launching at Boots on the 9th December, I love the sets that are put together for the Big Day. I’ve put together some of my favourite sets to suit all budgets, with the most expensive item being just £18. Whether it be a stocking filler or a secret santa gift, I think you’ll find something to suit.
The Soap & Glory Pink Pamper set is not only packed full of everything you need in travel sized bottles but the geometric pink zipped toiletry bag is the best size for storing your travel essentials. From the contents, I’ve managed to top up all my toiletries and add some new bits to be able to have a well deserved scrub a dub dub after my next trip. In the Original Pink scent, you’ll find Clean On Me body wash, The Righteous Butter, Scrub of Your Life exfoliator and a Hand Food, as well as Face, Soap and Clarity face wash and a Heel Genius foot cream and nestled next to a Soap & Glory body polisher.
For just £10 the Soap & Glory Take Your Pink is a great way to immerse yourself into the world of S&G. Aside from the packaging being to die for, four of the top selling Original Pink products are inside. Clean On Me, Scrub Of Your Life, Hand Food and The Righteous Butter all in travel sized pots as well as a body polisher for the shower.
I wish these sets like the Soap & Glory Get Into The Smooth was available all year round. These travel sized body butters are spot on in size for taking on trips and I can alternate between my favourite fragrances. Sugar Crush – my favourite, Smoothie Star – my second favourite and The Righteous Butter – a cult classic are in the set which is just £7.50.
Possibly the cutest set I’ve ever seen Soap & Glory bring out, the Soap & Glory Kohl-Eyed is not only a tube to hold your eye pencils but it’s a kaleidoscope as well. I literally sat for an age playing with it. Inside Kohl-Eyed are three Crazy, Sexy, Kohl pencils in Smoulder; blackest black, Foil In Love; metallic silver and What A Night; a deep metallic blue. The Crazy, Sexy, Kohl pencils have been likened to the Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencils for superior staying power and waterproof formula.
Last but not least, the Soap & Glory Merry Kiss Much have given me the chance to try out three new shades of the Sexy Mother Pucker Gloss Stick. Creamy with a glide on formula, a slight tingle to give the lips a beautiful pout for under the mistletoe and a vibrant pop of colour, I’ve loved previous shades and I love these new ones too.
Have you seen anything that catches your eye? Who can’t wait for The Big One? I’ve had a sneaky peek and I think it’s the best one yet!
