Here are last months empties for your perusal!
Batiste seems to be a monthly favourite. I go through so much. Its already been repurchased and if you have never used it before, you really need to give it a try. The Inecto coconut dry shampoo was in my GlossyBox in the Summer. It smells lovely and works the same way as Batiste however I’ve found that it gives me more of a drier scalp.
Another two perfumes used up. I’m really working through all these oldies now. Hugo Boss Orange has top notes of peach and red apple, heart notes of orange flower, cinnamon, plum and white flowers. Base notes include orange tree, sandalwood and vanilla. Its a lovely fresh fragrance and ideal for work. I don’t think it would be on my repurchase list unfortunately.
Escada Marine Groove is a blend of musk, jasmine, peony and passionfruit. Its super fresh and fruity and smells amazing but unfortunately it lasts for about an hour. Disappointing for such a beautiful scent, so I will not be repurchasing.
Soap and Glorys Archery had me in rapture when I first discovered it. A perfect brown felt tip to colour on your brows and a blonde based brow pencil to highlight and define. Could this be any more perfect? The felt tip side is just the right colour and it went on like a dream. Ten uses later and it wasn’t working. How annoying. It wasn’t cheap nor was it majorly expensive but the downside to this pen is that if any of your base makeup attaches itself to the nib, its stops the color from coming out. I don’t tend to put foundation in my eyebrows anyway but it seems that it attracts any kind of residue.
MAC Lingering eyebrow pencil is a firm favourite in my make up bag. I purchase this many times per year and will be repurchasing again. The colour is perfect and the pencil design ensures no wastage. Back to MAC I go!
Benefit They’re Real is another frequent repurchase. Coats lashes brilliantly, easy to remove and gives a beautiful wide eyed look.
Philip Kingsleys elasticizer has done wonders for my hair, in fact I’m getting withdrawal symptoms from it! I’m on the waitlist on QVC to get the super size bottle of it, and i’m missing my hair feeling so conditioned!
Molton Brown Suma Ginseng is a lovely shower gel for waking you up in the morning. It smells very rich and reminds me of aromatheraphy oils. I love Molton Brown products and I like the peppery scents like this and my latest bottle Pink Peppercorn.
So that’s my empties for another month.
