It’s the last few days to take advantage of the House of Fraser Beauty event, and boy, it’s a good one. House of Fraser have selected a handful of products that they think are total Holy Grail items, and there are definitely a few items in their list that I can’t live without. When you purchase beauty including one of the 38 House of Fraser favourite beauty products, you’ll get £10 off a £50 spend. Is that not a reason to treat yourself? Within the favourites list, you’ll find make up from Bobbi Brown, YSL, NARS and Urban Decay, skincare from Creme De La Mer and Estée Lauder and I’ve even spotted the Benefit Cheekathon palette in there, which is exclusive to HoF. I’m still kicking myself that I haven’t got round to picking one up.
I have however treated myself to a new Estée Lauder Revitalizing Supreme + Anti Ageing Cell Power Creme, £48. I’ve been using the Revitalizing Supreme for as long as I can remember and it’s the only moisturiser that I keep going back to, making repurchase after repurchase. I get a tad antsy if I don’t have a back up. Usually, I use the original version of Revitalizing Supreme, but I have had my eye on the brand new + Anti Ageing Cell Power Creme since it’s launch. Anti Ageing is heading right to the top of my priority list when it comes to skincare, and as I edge nearer and nearer to my 34th birthday, I’m getting the inevitable ‘god I’m old’ thoughts and I really do not want to see my face ageing. After all, once my face goes, I have nothing left.
Estée Lauder have improved on the previous Revitalizing Supreme to create this super moisturiser that contains Moringa Plant Extract to help improve skins elasticity, to make it look plumper and feel firmer. It’s also designed to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, which is what I need right now. I swear I had to steam my face the other morning to get the wrinkles out. Oh to be a teenager again, hey.
Of course, it’s still very early days of using the newer version of Revitalizing Supreme but if it’s anything like it’s predecessor, then I can guarantee that it will be one of my firm and long lasting favourites. With weekend upon us, it’s time for you to treat yourself and who can turn their nose up at a £10 discount. I certainly couldn’t! The offer is available online and will finish on Sunday at Midnight. There’s never been a better excuse to get online shopping. Now, shall I get the Benefit Cheekathon?
