Just throwing it out there but, like getting socks, it’s not Christmas without Soap and Glory. So, I hereby announce this year to being a Soap and Glory Christmas, hurrah! I know that it’s a tradition in my family for us to receive the big Boots star gift of the Soap and Glory was £60, now £30 gift set but before you go wild in the aisles and trampling over people to get your hands on one, I thought I’d show you some of the new sets. I absolutely love the Soap and Glory section in my local Boots. Pink, vintage and smelling oh so good, I couldn’t resist getting my hands on some of the newest gifts.
When Soap and Glory do Christmas, they do Christmas and nothing screams Christmas more than a giant pink bauble packed full of S&G products. I spotted this on Instagram first of all and instantly knew that I had to have it. Not only is it just gorgeous, but it contains the Smoothie Star fragrance products which smell amazing. The Belle of the Ball is only £12 and I can imagine that any girl would be over the moon to receive this gorgeous set. I love the scent of Smoothie Star as smells like pistachios, almonds and vanilla. Inside Belle of the Ball is every you need for a mini pamper; Smoothie Star Body Wash, Smoothie Star Breakfast Scrub, Smoothie Star Buttercream and Smoothie Star Hand Food as well as mini bath body polisher in pink, natch.
I’ve found two great sets that would be ideal for a stocking filler, or you could even make your own gift sets and gift somebody their favourite fragrance of Hand Food and Body Butter. Three Times Butter and Winter Wonderhand are both just £8 each and contain three products in the popular Sugar Crush, Original Pink and Smoothie Star scents. It’s the first time that Hand Food has jumped from the Original Pink fragrance and I for one, am over the moon to see my favourite scent Sugar Crush found in another product. I can’t get enough of the zingy, zesty fragrance and it awakens my senses throughout the day. Of course, the Original Pink scented body butter is the world famous Righteous Butter, a product that launched S&G in my eyes and the first product that I ever bought from the range. I’m also pleased that the Hand Foods are in 50ml tubes so I can keep them in my work handbag.
For Christmas Dinner, we usually have Christmas crackers but can you imagine pulling a cracker and getting a mini Soap and Glory Body Wash instead of paper clips and rubbish jokes? Well, with Soaprise, you can! Six individual crackers with the iconic S&G designs that contain one of each fragrance that S&G are known for, including the newest fragrance Orangeasm. They also have a pretty pink party hat. You can’t actually crack the cracker but I’d much rather have these little beauties on the table than the traditional ones. It’s £16 for the six cracker Soaprise and each body wash is 100ml. Again, these little bottles will be travelling with me and I can have a different scent for each trip. Did you know that Orangeasm reminds me of Las Vegas and always will.
All of the Soap and Glory Christmas gift sets are on the Boots Christmas 3 for 2, so it’s worth stocking up! I’ve also heard a whisper that ‘The Big One’ will be hitting Boots on the 11th November. Eek!!
